The fine print

1. Service description

FormFromLight provides hosted image-to-3D conversion. We orchestrate access to industry-leading AI models and store the generated meshes on your behalf.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't own the rights to, and don't use the service to copy characters, brands, logos or designs that belong to someone else. Don't generate content depicting real people without consent. Don't use the service to abuse third-party APIs or violate applicable law.

We may review generated content, including private models, to enforce these rules. If something breaks them we can remove it, warn you by email, or suspend the account for a period or permanently. Removed content is deleted; tokens already spent on it are not refunded.

4. Tokens & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly, in EUR. Tokens deducted up-front, refunded on permanent failure. Top-up packs do not expire. Cancel any time · access continues to the end of the period.

5. Output ownership

You own the meshes generated from your inputs, and you may use them commercially, on every plan, with no revenue share. We retain no IP claim on user-generated outputs.

That covers what is yours to give. If an input shows a character, brand, logo, artwork or person that belongs to someone else, the output carries their rights too: we grant no rights in third-party material, and using or selling such a model is only allowed with the rights holder's permission.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the inputs you upload and for how you use, publish or sell what you generate. You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that arise from your inputs, your outputs or your breach of these terms, including claims that something you uploaded, published or sold infringes someone else's rights.

7. Reporting infringement

If you hold the rights to something that appears in a model on FormFromLight without your permission, email info@resogenai.com with the subject "Infringement notice". Include a link to the model, what it infringes, and how to reach you. We review every notice promptly, remove infringing models from public pages, the gallery and the marketplace, and may suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly.

8. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but make no guarantees. Generation depends on upstream GPU availability · see our status page.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam.
