The fine print

1. Service description

FormFromLight provides hosted image-to-3D conversion. We orchestrate access to industry-leading AI models and store the generated meshes on your behalf.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't own the rights to. Don't generate content depicting real people without consent. Don't use the service to abuse third-party APIs or violate applicable law.

We may review generated content, including private models, to enforce these rules. If something breaks them we can remove it, warn you by email, or suspend the account for a period or permanently. Removed content is deleted; tokens already spent on it are not refunded.

4. Tokens & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly, in EUR. Tokens deducted up-front, refunded on permanent failure. Top-up packs do not expire. Cancel any time · access continues to the end of the period.

5. Output ownership

You own the meshes generated from your inputs. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide license to use them commercially. We retain no IP claim on user-generated outputs.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime but make no guarantees. Generation depends on upstream GPU availability · see our status page.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the courts of Amsterdam.
