Your data, your call

What we collect

Account email and name, billing identity (handled entirely by Stripe), images you upload, generated meshes, and aggregate usage metrics for capacity planning.

Where data lives

Your account, your uploads and your generated meshes live in EU object storage and an EU-hosted database.

Generation itself runs at a specialist GPU provider outside the EU, so an image you submit is transferred there for the duration of the request. That transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own DPA · see stripe.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

On a free account, generated meshes are removed 90 days after they were made. We tell you 14 days beforehand so you can download them, and the model itself stays in your library with its prompt and settings · only the files go. Public models are kept.

While you have a subscription we keep everything, and for 30 days after one ends. Account data is kept while your account exists.

Training

We do not train AI models on your uploads, and we do not license them to anyone who does. Our generation provider is contractually bound not to train on what we send it.

Content review

A small number of staff with a moderator role can look at what is generated on the platform, including models kept private, to enforce the acceptable-use rules in our Terms. They do not use it for anything else. Every action they take on a model or a comment · a flag, a warning, a removal · is written to an audit log with their name on it.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Profile → Delete account, or email [email protected].

Cookies

Strictly necessary session and CSRF cookies by default · these keep you signed in and handle billing and two-factor. Analytics cookies are optional and load only after you accept them. No advertising trackers, ever.
