How tokens are spent.

A Fast render is 2 tokens and a Studio render 4. Ask Studio for HD textures and it is one and a half times that; ask for detailed geometry as well and it is double. Failed jobs are refunded automatically.

Can I sell what I make?
Yes. What you download is yours to use commercially · in a game, in a shop, or printed and sold as a figure, with no watermark and no revenue share. A character, logo or brand that belongs to someone else stays theirs, so a model of one needs their permission to sell.
Can I download on a free account?
You can make models and turn them in the viewer for free. Downloading the files opens with your first purchase of any pack or plan, from €2, and stays open after that · every format, every model, nothing per download.
Are tokens always whole numbers?
They round to the nearest integer (minimum 1). The cost shown in the converter UI is what you pay.
What happens if generation fails?
The job retries once. If it fails permanently, tokens are refunded automatically and you can re-submit.
Do unused tokens roll over?
They do. Each month a plan adds its tokens to what you already have, up to 2 months' worth of plan tokens; nothing is taken away. Tokens from a pack never expire and never count against that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep access until the end of the current billing period · no penalty.
How long are my files kept?
Free accounts keep generated meshes for 90 days, and we warn you 14 days before they go. A subscription keeps them for as long as you have one, plus 30 days after it ends. Everything lives in EU object storage.
